Is there a minimum term commitment?
No way – that’s the phone company. With ClientLook, you are never trapped into a long-term contract. You can go month-to-month and cancel anytime. Of course, if you do sign up for a one-year plan, we’ll give you a great discount.
Do I have to pay for upgrades?
Never! ClientLook upgrades are always provided at no cost. And unlike upgrades on your desktop software, you don’t have to do a thing – we take care of it.
Do my clients have to sign up for an account?
No, there is no charge for your clients to participate in your online projects. We will create a free account for them when you add them to a project as a participant.
Is my free trial restricted somehow?
What fun would that be? Your free trial account is functionally the same as a fully paid account, except that it’s only good for 14 days. Go nuts!
How do I upgrade my Trial account?
You can upgrade your free Trial Account to an Active Account at any time by calling our Sales department at 1-888-552-5665. It will be the best call you ever made!
Is my online data safe?
Your information is stored on our secure server housed in a state-of-the-art SAS 70 Type II Certified Data Center backed by complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression, 130 Gbps network connectivity and security. (All of this tech mumbo-jumbo means that your data is safe with us – don’t worry.)
How do I cancel my subscription?
In the unlikely event that ClientLook doesn’t meet your needs, you can call our sales team at 888-552-5665 and they will be happy to process your cancellation. OK, they won’t be happy, but they’ll do it anyway.
